Just like the other foods that we've cut, now we're going to cut Kiwi. Kiwi are grown
in New Zealand and they are very sweet and tasty. Look how beautiful that is cut in half.
So this fruit we're going to be using, keep it in the larger size so that you can see
that. And again, you peel carefully around the skin.. Its kind of hairy texture. It would
really be nasty if it stayed in the soup. You would not like that at all. These peel
really quickly, very fast and easy. Peel, peel, peel. You want to get the little brown
bits off. Here we go. See it only takes a few seconds and you have a peeled kiwi. Very,
easy. Very easy. You can cut in slices. See look how gorgeous that is in the slice. The
geometry, the green with the black. It's really pretty. It adds a lot to the soup. OK and
you'll need to do two of these.
