Hi this is Dave for Expert Village. My assistant and I today will be making bread pudding.
Now we're preparing our pan to put our bread crumbs and ingredients in. So here I have
a metal pan with a dark coating inside. This is the kind I like to use. It browns very
evenly. I have used other kinds of pans though. And now we're going to take our spray oil
and spray thoroughly across the bottom and the sides. This will keep your bread pudding
from sticking. And now I'm going to go over to my oven and preheat it at 350 degrees.
We are going to be leaving our bread pudding in for about an hour and you need to watch
it closely because ovens can back different temperatures at different times. Different
kinds of ovens. So generally we are going to use 350. We are going to use a dark metal
pan and we're going to use our spray oil.
