Alright, now we are talking about dissolving the relationship. And really and truly, whether
you want to do this or not, it is important to maintain the positivism of the relationship.
Even though the relationship, we're ending it. It's what you call burning bridges. You
never want to burn bridges because you never know when your paths will cross again, when
you may need this person again. So you really want to end things on good terms. And the
way to do that is through being positive. Have a positive tone, have a positive feeling
for the other person. Just because this didn't work out doesn't mean that we have to be mean
and hurtful and negative. Very honestly state it like it is, why this is dissolving, why
this job doesn't work for me anymore. But end it positively. I have enjoyed this, I
have learned from this. This has been such a wonderful experience, but it's time for
me to move on. That's so much better than you're just really a jerk, and I hate working
here. Alright that will get you nowhere in the future, so keep it positive.
