Adding an image with alternative text in Microsoft Word.
You can specify alternative text for shapes, pictures, charts,
SmartArt graphics or other objects. Alternative text helps people with
screen readers understand the content of the pictures.
Go to 'Insert Picture', you're going to click on 'Insert' and then
whatever kind of shape or picture you want. So today we are going to insert a picture.
Once the picture is in there You right click, click on 'Format Picture.'
At the bottom of the list it says 'Alt Text,' click on that,
And you can enter a title or a description.
Then click on 'Close.'
Save your document as an HTML file format such at .htm or .HTML
or you can use a screen reader. Alternative text appears
when you move the the pointer over the picture.
