So it's great to be here at Dreamforce. It's our fourth year here at the show.
The show is really more about customer engagement.
Salesforce invites their customers and prospects out
to talk about their usage of their platform.
And, for many years, we've heard
folks, specifically our customers in financial services,
healthcare, life sciences, want to turn Chatter on, and to engage with our customers.
And so, we are here today
really for the first time, helping those organizations be
successful, rolling out across an organization the Chatter platform.
What that means is, a deeper engagement
with multi, multiple groups within their organization,
and what it means is, senior leaders being able to articulate the vision cross-company.
And it gives intellectual property a place to, kind of, live and breathe.
What used
to be an email to a specific manager about maybe a
question about a company or a customer, used to just go directly to that manager.
And he may not know what the answer was and they might afford it to someone else, and
it's a very, kind of separate and potentially incongruous type of conversation.
Now with Chatter all folks are doing
is posting a single message to all employees
and answers are really, growing up from the bottom.
And, and folks are able to communicate in a way that is better
for the company and better for the
organization, cuz it helps solve their problems.
We are very focused on financial services and health care and life
sciences and trying to engage with them and to enable their experience
with Chatter.
So it's really been a, a positive show here and, and, we're excited to be here.
