Let's take some time to coo over this adorable baby panda exploring her mother's yard during
her outdoor debut at the National Zoo in Washington DC.
The furry six-month-old, named Bao Bao, frolicked with her mum, took a stroll around the yard
and bravely attempted to scale the walls.
Ahead of her debut, zookeepers had "cub-proofed" the yard by trimming tree limbs and bales
of hay were placed around the grotto for her safety.
Bao Bao, whose name means "precious" or "treasure" has been a little star since her birth last
August was broadcast live on the zoo's panda cam.
When Bao Bao turns 4, she will be moved to the China Conservation and Research Center
for further monitoring.
