150 g unsalted butter, 200 g sugar
Orange zest, 16 g baking powder
400 g all purpose flour
160 g orange juice
6 eggs
125 g whole milk and lemon (for buttermilk)
Bundt cake pan
Add a lemon juice teaspoon to the milk
Stir and stand for 10 minutes
Sift flour
Beat butter (at room temperature) and sugar
Add eggs
Add orange juice
Add orange zest
Add buttermilk
Mix baking powder and flour
Add flour
Apply non-stick spray to the pan
Pour mix into the pan
Gently tap the pan
Bake at 180ÂșC for 45 minutes
Let it cool for 10 minutes
Sprinkle with icing sugar
