Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village
I’m going to show you how to make Scalloped Potatoes. Hey, we’re back I just want to
show you how great this looks, come on down here. I’m just going to make a nice little
cut across here, this whole side, with the spatula, this is excellent, excellent, excellent
can’t wait to taste this. Everybody wants a little taste, don’t forget this is going
to be hot still. This was sitting about fifteen minutes, and look at the steam that is still
coming out of it. It’s delicious, make it, it looks amazing, it smells even better, but
let’s hope it tastes that good. I’m going to get all of that stuff for me; hey we’re
going to get a good taste right now. Storage for this by the way, look fifteen minutes
and it’s still steaming. Storage for this, just wrap it in some saran wrap and throw
it in your refrigerator, it’s that easy for storage and with that said, let’s try
it. Mmm, that said, I would tell you this is Richard from Expert Village and thanks
