On behalf of Expert Village I'm Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to cook some bistek
empanado, breaded steak. I'm going to turn my steak over, put this a little bit lower
right here and as you see it is ready. Look at that it is golden brown that is what you
want to see golden brown and breaded. It is golden brown and breaded. Just right, just
enough oil in there you see it goes back and forth. You don't want to much oil but just
enough to cover it. Don't worry if a couple of the crumbs fall off don't be picky it could
happen it is alright. But you have a full breaded piece of steak and you can make it
as brown as you want it. Some people don't like their steak over cooked you know so you
can take it off in a little bit. But I like the bread to be like this nice and crispy.
