Well Liz, I hope that the project give us a new
fresh looking website that is easier for customers to find
their way around and is designed in a way
that enables them to quickly work out
where they need to go
to find the information they want.

My program is all about refreshing
the customer experience in Camden.
Basically making it easier for us
to give customers what they want
and easier for customers to get it.
And a lot of that is about
making things so they don't have to phone us up
or come and see us.
If we can put information on the web
that they need like, "Where's my parking permit?"
or "Where's my planning application?"
"When am I going to hear about it?"
If we can put that on the web,
they can look it up on the web.
They don't have to phone us up and ask.
They don't have to wait for someone to get back to them.
They can just get the information straight away.
Similarly, we want to make it easier for them
to actually do business with us on the web
To actually pay for their parking permit
or put in their planning application.
or order their waste collection or whatever.
And again, the more transactions that we can
put on the new website, the better.
