A hostage situation in Trenton, New Jersey entered day two Saturday. Two people have
reportedly been killed, including a child, as police continue to negotiate with the suspect.
"Trenton police say they first responded to the home yesterday afternoon and when they
went inside they found the suspect with a gun. That's when the SWAT team was called."

The suspect's identity has not been released but the two deceased victims are believed
to be the suspect's girlfriend and one of her five children. (Via Daily Mail)
There are conflicting reports on the woman's identity. Some outlets report her name is
Carmelita Stevens while others report it as Carmen Kelly. But it's widely reported that
she and the suspect were living together and had an abusive relationship. (Via WPVI)
According to New Jersey's The Times, the woman's body was found before the standoff began.
The armed man allegedly still has three children in the home but the woman's fifth child is
reportedly safe with relatives. (Via The Times)
Authorities are not sure how the two were killed. There is reportedly a small army of
police trying to coax the man out of the house. (Via RT)
Nearby homes have been evacuated as a precaution.
