Well I am a retired elementary school principal and I was coming home one night after back
to school night, and I had a red light approaching route 38. The red light turned green, I proceeded
through the green traffic light and I was T-*** by another car that ran a red light
on route 38 and I suffered a major knee injury as a result. It was very unnerving, I could
still see that car coming out of the corner of my eye, and I have flashbacks to it when
im driving, especially at that intersection, although not all the time, some of the time.
But its the first time ive ever really been in a high impact accident. My wife is a previous
client of Console and Hollawell and we just made the decision let's call them, lets make
a visit and keep our, well keep the option of protection in mind. I'm going for orthopedic
consults, physical therapy, MRI's, at that point I thought, I was not at fault in the
accident. I'm just driving home, I had a green light, I didn't receive a ticket, the other
driver did receive a ticket. I looked at my car and had tons of damage to my car. And
like I said, I wanted to make sure that the steps that were taken would protect me. Because
again I was not at fault I did no wrong. I would just say to anyone, you know, if you
adopt the same kind of philosophy that I had, these are the professionals, let them do their
job, stay out of their way, I would feel, I would strongly endorse Console and Hollawell
for any friends that were in the same predicament that I found myself in.
