Today we are putting together assembling the chocolate fountain for your parties and friends.
Now we are getting to the point were we are going to assemble what they call a double
boiler. What you want to do this is to melt the chocolates so ....heat so it doesn't burn.
It is a much nicer way doing this and you don't have to worry about burning it. So basically
what we have is you can get any type of pan like this. Some people actually have a double
boiler it is kind of old fashion but the have one. But you can assemble your own you can
use a sauce pan or any type or any larger and then you want to have a vessel like this
so it is going to go over the top of it. Like this. So what we will do is we put the water
in to the vessel. Then we have the pan that is going to go on top. It doesn't have to
fit directly is you just have a bowl that you may have seen Emeral on tv doing something
like this for holidays sauce and then you turn on your heat. I suggest high at least
you want to get the water boiling. You want to get to a boil and then turn it down to
a simmer.
