So, your making Malabar Paratha
Ingredients required to make Malabar Paratha
Wheat Flour, Maida Flour, Cardamom, Sugar, Eggs, Ghee
Take 1/2 cup each of wheat flour & maida flour and add some cardamom powder to it
Take 1 cup of the mixed flour
Add 2 tsp of sugar
Take 1 egg yolk and beat it and add it to the flour
Mix well
Finely chop some cashews and add it to the flour
Add a little water to make a dough
Let the dough stand for 30-40 mins
Heat a pan
Heat some ghee
Make small balls with the dough and press them into flat pancakes
While pressing the dough make sure to grease your hands with some ghee
Throw the dough pancake onto the pan
Cook evenly on both sides on a medium flame
Take the paratha into a serving plate
