Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, in June 2013 the import of potatoes from Australia
recorded 653 thousand tons or one point one million dollars in the United States. Cumulatively,
from January to June 2013, the volume of imports of potatoes reached 22 thousand tons or 14.3

and the UK. Meanwhile, imports of chilli in June, stood at 107 tons, or 112 thousand U.S.
dollars. This chili came from Thailand, a total of 92 tons or 80 thousand U.S. dollars
and Malaysia with a volume of 15 tons 31 thousand U.S. dollars. Over the last 6 months, chilli
imports reached 118 thousand tons or 1 comma 1 million U.S. dollars. While cassava, imports
reported in 6 months is 100 tons or 38 thousand U.S. dollars. Import from Thailand in May
2013. Meanwhile, during the month of onion imports
stood at 14 thousand tons, worth 5 point 6 million U.S. dollars, while during January
to June 2013, total imports amounted to 63 thousand tons or 28.5 million U.S. dollars.
