Hi, my name is Darren Williger, that's spelled Darren Williger.
Well, it's a little bit strange. I've got some panic disorders and I suffered a brain
injury following a couple concussions. What's been going on is I've been antagonized by
Hewlett-Packard co-worker who doesn't respect the limitations of my boundaries and I just
wanted to I guess put it on record about it or something, because they're making threats
and I'm making YouTube videos, because it's awesome and everyone loves YouTube!
No, I'm calling from my home. I'm a little confused. I wanted to run it by you and see
if you had any suggestions, I'm sorry if this wasn't the most appropriate number. Can I
tell you in a nutshell what I'm experiencing and you tell me the right number maybe or
where to look up the right number?
NO, I'm NOT particularly fond of Hewlett-Packard's human resources department to be frank with
you, Tonya. I'm just not really impressed with them.
Derek Utley. Prior to FMLA, he'd been a pretty cool guy but he reached out to me on my birthday,
November 6th and he's like how are you doing, and I wanted to sound good, I wasn't great,
I have a serious medical injury that I'd not wanted to dwell on, was mostly excited that
it was my birthday, right? Now Derek knows my boss, who I don't even know as my boss
as I've been on disability for the traumatic brain injuries experienced at Hewlett-Packard,
I'll spare you the details... Derek emails my manager, saying I'm having a good time
and ready to return to work. I was fired from Hewlett-Packard days later by mail, never
even knew anything about it until Derek called a few weeks later to inquire about my job
status as he "was concerned" that an email he sent me bounced (why would he send me mail
to HPin the first place if I'm on break!?). Just from Derek claiming he was looking in
the directory and found me not in there, knowing I've got a panic disorder and was diagnosed
with PTSD after being pretexted by Linda McGraw with HP's human resources. Between my autistic
spectrum disorder and an REM sleep state disorder now on top of other medical issues experienced
by the hands of bad resources while trying to take my FMLA break, now I don't even have
a job, it's unbelievable.
I said please, dude, just chill out. You know I've got to adapt to the fact that I don't
have a job due to limitations after the injury and recently, he reaches out, wants to talk
about HP this and that, asked me about more questions pertaining to my boss and human
resources and all that.
I told him 'bro appreciate you reaching out, but this has pushed me past my comfort levels'
and then, he shows up at my residence without an invitation. Tanya, what should I do? I
may be calling the completely wrong number and wasted your time, and if so, I apologize
for that. My Hewlett-Packard employee ID was 21734877. Was, yes I'm no longer with HP,
that's what makes this so weird! I don't work for Hewlett-Packard! I'm not with Hewlett-Packard.
It's just so creepy, Tanya.
