Hi, I'm Angelina Musik on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to talk about how
to walk in high heel shoes. It helps your confidence and comfort level if you start
with a lower heel and a chunkier heel shoe when you are learning how to walk in heels.
Because of the balance and the comfort and the flexibly of your foot having the chance
to move back and forth as your feeling you're feeling the way of this process through your
feet. So start with a lower heel and a chunkier heel then you can move up to a higher heel,
a wedge heel because the wedge gives you a more support in the beginning than a stiletto.
So now you are working on the height which your foot is elevated, the pressure on your
toe, and how it feels on the ball of your foot. You are getting comfortable with how
those elements feel as you are learning how to walk on heels. This again is a rounded
toe if you have a narrow foot and if you have a wide foot try it with a open toe.
