Hi, I'm Jordan Kemper, and I'm so glad that you're taking a look at USANA Health Sciences. I was introduced to USANA in 2006. My mom had been struggling with her health, so a physician encouraged her to try USANA. There's no doubt about it, when my mom started incorporating proper supplementation, diet and exercise she saw a health benefit. I know USANA was a big piece of that puzzle. As I consider what I love most about USANA, it's that the meaning of USANA in Greek is true health. As we study the body, we must understand that health really starts at a cellular level. The five leading causes of death today are degenerative disease: Heart disease, cancer, stroke, respiratory disease and diabetes. And what causes this they've attributed to poor lifestyle choices including oxidation. Now, some of you may know what oxidation is. Maybe not. Think of an apple turning brown. When an apple turns brown it's oxidizing. Guacamole turns brown too. It's oxidizing. So to slow down this process, we usually will squeeze lime or lemon juice onto the guacamole. Buying the product, selling it for more. Two is weekly commissions. You can earn up to 25 percent of the volume that moves through your organization. Number three is our lifetime matching bonus. As you sponsor individuals into this business, you can earn up to 15 percent of the commissions that they receive added to your paycheck. A fourth way is incentives. Who doesn't enjoy retreats, luxury travel and cruises, or winning iPads. Incentives help us to work harder. Number 5 is a leadership bonus where they take three percent of worldwide commissions, and put it into a bonus pool. Lastly is the elite bonus. Now, as far as the mechanism, this is simple. Let me explain! When you start a USANA business, you start with a business center. Think of this like a franchise. If you owned a Subway store, you'd get paid for movement of sandwiches. In our case, we're moving USANA products. Is it easier to move products by yourself or with a team of people? Of course, a team! We'll refer to our teams as left and right, just representing 2 organizations that you'll lead. As product moves left and right working with teammates, your business center will start to generate commissions. Think of Bob and Jill as business partners. Perhaps they're interested in products. Maybe they're interested in income opportunity or a combination of both. As products move through your organization with the help of your team, you will earn commissions. So a simple example. If Jill's team moves 1500 points and Bob's team moves 1400 points, Jill's team did a little bit better than Bob's. To calculate your commission, simply multiply the smaller volume by 20%. 1400 from Bob's multiplied by .20 is 280 Commission points in your pocket for the week! How easy is that?? The extra points left over on the strong side will roll over in to the following week. Leadership is essential to your success. By helping others become aware of USANA's life-changing products, and coaching your USANA teammates, more volume will move through your business center and commissions will go up! It's simple. You need to help others. If you ever earned a $1000 paycheck in USANA for maxing out a business center, you will receive an extra business center, think of it as another store. As you start building with multiple business centers, your income potential only grows. It is important to know that many individuals come to USANA with NO interest in the business. As you continue to grow, you can build a business with associates and/or preferred customers.
