So this how we set up a weight belt for scuba diving. We want to make sure that the inside
of the belt is going to go towards the inside of our body. We have a curved side of the
weight, which is actually going to go up against your body. So I want the curved side of the weight. I'm
going to do down through the weight and pass it back through. So you want to think about
balance on a weight belt, and you do want most of the weight actually on your hips.
Now you need the weight belt to actually end up with a right handed release, and that would
mean that if I pull across with my right hand, the belt's going to come out....come off.
So we need to make sure we have a right handed release with the weight belt. That means if
we pull across with the right hand, so, this is a right handed release.
