A federal judge struck down Utah's same sex marriage ban on Friday.
Clerks began issuing marriage licences immediately as state officials prepared to appeal the
ruling.
The Indian government filed a petition with the Supreme Court to review its decision earlier
this month to reinstate a 153 year old law banning homosexuality.
They say the law violates principles of equality.
Police and locals in Buffalo, New York, are searching for LGBTi activist Frank Goldberg.

Gay rights activists stormed a Christmas Coca Cola truck in London yesterday in protest
at the company's sponsorship of the Sochi Olympics.
Around a dozen activists from the UK & Africa demanded a boycott of Coke's products.
And finally, despite Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson being suspended for his homophobic
comments, he does star in the new season from January.
The series had been shot before his suspension and will not be re-edited.
