Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. Now that
our casings have been soaking we have to check those and what were going to do is pick up
one and were going to find the end of it right here. Were going to thread this onto our faucet
and run some water through it as you see the water starts to come through the casing. What
that will do is also show that there's no holes in there as well as any salt that may
be stuck in between the casings so we'll do that again. Thread it on, run some water,
and you'll see that the water is in the casing here and no holes. So our casings are prepped
and ready to go let's move on to our next step.
