with your shoulder, it goes to your elbow, your wrists and your hand and you want to
keep your palms facing the floor and what you do is you go shoulder, elbow, wrist down.
Other side, shoulder, elbow, wrist, down, now together and wherever you stop you want
to be in an S shape so that you know that you are doing it right and then turn sideways
so that you can see my arm stays right along my body. You can do that in the mirror and
