The next point to help the asthma chest tightness is called CV15. It's just below the xiphoid
process. How do you locate the xiphoid process? It's between the two rib cages, and there
is the bone, the end of the sternum bone and from this end of the sternum bone to the belly
button is eighteen and seventeen above this belly button would be this point called juvy.
It's a CV15. So, because it's close to the heart, we have to needle this with caution.
And when you needle this point, you go downward like this and go .5 to .8. You won't go upward
because that can injure a certain blood vessel and cause bleeding. This point is not only
for the asthma, but also for the palpitations or even epilepsy because we think of the mental
disorders that are associated with the heart and the brain.
