>Hello again I'm
Gary Stearman and welcome
to another edition of
Prophecy in the News. We
have a couple of guests
that you will be familiar
with Tom Horn and Cris
Putnam and they're the
co-authors of this smash
hit book from last year
called Petrus Romanus and
we're going to talk about
it and something you won't
want to miss.
>Well Tom Horn and Cris
Putnam welcome once again
to PITN. >>Thanks its
great to be with you
again, Gary. >Tom you
have been here many times
and we always enjoy
talking to you. Let's go
back and do a Petrus
Romanus retrospective and
this book has been out
almost a year since April
2012 and it did some
predicting. It talked
about Bible prophecy but
also the prophecy of the
popes so let's go back
and review the last year.
>>What a year it has
been too. Last year we
were rushing to get that
book out in April and it
was but the reason we
wanted it in print in
April was because our
research led us to believe
that Pope Benedict XVI was
going to step done from
the throne of Peter. He
would retire and be the
first pope in six hundred
years to do so. We really
went out on a limb with
that prediction but April
came and went and we
thought maybe our
calculating wasn't as good
as we had thought that it
was but hopefully
elsewhere in the book we
stated that if he didn't
step down in March or
April 2012 then he would
be the end of 2013 and as
everybody knows in
February of this year 2013
the pope made his
resignation official. He
did step down we have
since had an election of a
new pope but what was
interesting was that right
after he stepped down we
learned that in fact that
he officially resigned
internally at the end of
March 2012 right when we
had suspected he would
step down. This was all
confirmed by an editor of
the Vatican owned
newspaper in an interview
with the New York Times
and he said that Benedict
stepped down to a handful
of the Roman government
and they kept in a strict
reserve or confidence that
couldn't even be shared
with other cardinals so in
a very strange way we were
right in both occasions.
So what made this even
worse or better was three
weeks before he stepped
down I was on a radio show
and I predicted that the
resignation of the pope
was imminent and 21 days
later when he stepped down
my phone started ringing
off the hook and everyone
was saying who is your
insider at the Vatican and
I would laugh and say well
it was the Holy Spirit but
they really would confused
wouldn't they.
>Your real insider is Cris
Putnam over here who is a
excellent researcher and
I have used that phrase
about him many times. He
has a bulldog tenacity
when it comes to digging
out little known facts and
your contribution to
Petrus Romanus and digging
out the prophecy of the
popes exposing things that
haven't been discussed in
years if not centuries.
>>>That's right
Gary. One of the books
that I had read was a book
by a French Jesuit Rene
Thibaut who wrote that the
final pope would arrive in
2012. He calculated this
from several different
angles. One if pretty easy
to understand because he
figured that the average
reign of a pope was eleven
years and he simply
applied that going forward
and landed in the year
2012 specifically in the
month of April. That was
one of the reasons and if
you look at pages 56 and
57 of Petrus Romanus I
charted his timing for
that and we cited the
rumor about Benedict's
health so we thought that
he would step down as was
stated in the prediction.
As it turns out even
though we thought we were
wrong all year but on
February 11th we found out
we were correct.
>Not only has this come to
pass as was predicted
but it has come to pass
dramatically with the
drama of the papal
resignation then the new
pope with everyone shocked
at this new pope who will
call himself Francis I and
you have been quick to
mention to everybody that
there is real significance
in the name that he has
chosen. >>Right and
people have been insisting
that his name would have
to be Peter but if you
recall on the first batch
of shows we did with you
last year I specifically
said it would be a mistake
for you to think that and
he could have been called
Peter as there were a
couple of Peters in the
running to be the next
pope but I wanted to
emphasize that he didn't
have to be called Peter or
have it part of his
Christian name as no pope
would take the papal name
of Peter and none have
since the apostle Peter
according to their dogma
was their first pope so
I wasn't surprised Jorge
Bergoglio was elected but
I was surprised when he
took the name Pope
Francis. I was waiting to
know what Francis did he
name himself after. He
made it clear in one of
his first speeches that he
named himself after
Francis of Assisi which is
key for several reasons
mainly because Francis of
Assisi's original name
Giovanni di Pietro di
Bernardone as a Roman his
name could be translated
as Peter the Roman which
is the final line the
prophecy. There shall sit
Peter the Roman so he
named himself after
someone and I wondered if
there was some reason he
did that but secondly
Francis Assisi was a friar
who made prophecies and
they not always held the
Vatican in a favorable
light. He prophecized that
a final pope would arrive
and it sounds pretty
similar to the prophecy of
the popes that is
attributed to Malachy
which is the basis of our
book but he described a
final pope who would be
under the control of Satan
and he would be a
destroyer not a true
pastor and he would lead
the church into the great
tribulation period well
that is the same thing the
last line of the prophecy
of the popes says there
will sit Peter the Roman
he will nourish the sheep
through many tribulations.
This was so extraordinary
that he would name himself
after one of the most
famous Catholic mystics
who prophecized about the
final pope but let me say
one final thing about this
though and that is that in
our book we had said the
Petrus Romanus may not
refer to a Christian named
Peter referred to the
final pope as Peter but
the term Romanus would
be how this pope would
re-affirm the authority of
the RCC and the pope in
particular over all other
religions and all other
people and we didn;t see a
Jesuit coming and for the
first time ever you have
a Jesuit pope and the
Jesuits are under oath to
accomplish what we had
speculated in the book to
hold the pontiffs as the
rulers of Christendom
around the world and
secondly stop the spread
of Protestantism and now
on TIME magazine you have
a big picture with Francis
and it says One World
Pope. You have people
saying this is a pope
for all people so it is
astonishing. I am
going to ask you both a
question that I haven't
asked either of you before
and I want you both to
share in answering it but
what led you to write
Petrus Romanus and so
let's go back to 2011 or
2010 but where was the
kernel of an idea that
caused you to come up with
this thesis? >>>I
had known about the
Malachy prophecy from
watching the History
Channel and other bleak
references to it and I was
aware that it had this
apocalyptic ending and it
forecasted the end times.
Tom had mentioned it
briefly in Apollyon Rising
it was maybe just a couple
of sentences and Tom and I
were communicating through
email and stuff and we
found it was remarkable
that Pope Benedict was so
old and there are a lot of
people who believe this
prophecy as it has been
around for hundreds of
years and Catholics have
been speculating on it
but no one was writing
anything or saying
anything that it was about
to come to its end one
way or the other and we
decided to look into it
and as our investigation
ensued and untold amounts
of documents and new facts
that we would have never
imagined with the whole
thing of 2012 and Rene
Thibaut. We didn't see any
of this coming it just
kind of because it felt
like we were led since
some of the discoveries we
come across seemed beyond
coincidence to me.
>I remember that you said
everything kind of fell
together. >>It did and
I had only written one
paragraph about this in
another book and only
mentioned it because other
people were point to it as
part of the whole 2012
thing with the Mayan
Calendar and so I only
mentioned because others
had mentioned it and I
wasn't even interested in
it except from a
historical point of view
because you had a 900 year
old prophecy that was
coming to an end so
in that sense it was
interesting. I had been
speaking at a conference
and my son and I got in a
conversation that day and
I hadn't thought about
this in years and we
started talking about the
prophecy of the popes and
how nobody is writing
about it since the next
one whether you believe
in it or not but the very
next pope will be the
112th in line the final
pope. So we are talking
about that and he said
well dad you should do a
book on this and I went up
to my room to write down
some notes and while I was
up there I checked my
email and here was Cris
Putnam and he and I had
never talked about this
before and he is asking
about the prophecy of the
popes wanting to know
if he could quote that
paragraph in that book and
from that day forward that
kind of stuff the strange
dominoes started falling
into place and information
coming in to us like the
whole Rene Thibaut thing
was in obscurity there
were only two copies in
print it was 61 years old
but yet Cris found it and
translated it from French
into English and over and
over again he was saying
that the 111th pope would
step down in April 2012.
He predicted this 61 yrs
in advance and again he is
a Jesuit and we're finding
out what will take us into
the second book that the
Jesuits seem to be right
in the middle of the
greatest conspiracy of all
time concerning the
arrival of this final
pope. >And this
new Pope Francis is a
Jesuit. You have all heard
about Petrus Romanus and
you have seen the waves
that this book has made
literally all over the
world and it is about to
be translated into other
languages as well but
gentleman that leads me
into a transition to this
particular book called
Eco-Vaticana and it takes
up where Petrus Romanus
leaves off but it is more
than a sequel because this
book is its own bombshell
and Cris and Tom please
share with me the genesis
of this book. How did it
come about and what was
the kernel of an idea?
It has a cover that some
would say is controversial
it has Vatican City here
with the dome of St.
Peter's and over that dome
is a UFO beaming energy
down into the Vatican and
that seems a bit far
fetched but wait a minute
it really happened.
>>>It absolutely did Gary.
1978 is known to Catholics
as the infamous year of
three popes. What I am
talking about is this is
when Pope Paul VI died
they elected John Paul I
and he only lived 33 days
then he died mysteriously.
He was the pope that
Malachy said was from the
midst of the moon and he
had ascended to papacy
during a half moon and
really only lived a lunar
cycle as pope. Something
that is interesting when
John Paul II was after him
with three popes in a very
short time frame but right
in the middle of that 33
day papacy there was a
major UFO flap that flew
over Rome. I am not
talking about little
lights in the sky.
You have all types of
professionals spotting
this donut shaped round
craft beaming down a green
light which came from
multiple sources and there
are photos I understand.
It made the newspapers
which made it into New
York Times and I actually
found one of those
articles and there is a
copy in the book also
posted on my website about
these UFO sightings and
two months later John Paul
I died. >Tom for a
long time you have been
systematically covering
the topic of Vatican who
over the years who have
been spread out in a very
timely fashion exposing
little bits of information
that point to Vatican and
UFO intelligence alliance
when I said the words did
I actually just hear that
coming out of my mouth but
yet you have been
documenting this. You and
Cris took a trip to an
observatory that lies at
the heart of Eco-Vaticana
but Tom take us to the
next step in this
adventure. >>We
were doing these shows
last year on Petrus
Romanus and here is what
caused this to happen. As
you mentioned I had
been documenting the
spokespeople saying things
like ET's are our brothers
and things like that and
wondering where are they
coming from on this and
why do they feel the need
suddenly especially the
last few years and when we
were doing these shows
when it was call in shows
but people weren't even
asking us about Malachy
and the final pope but
they kept asking what can
you tell us about the
Vatican ET connection and
anytime we would give
answers those shows would
literally go to the top
and one such show was the
#1 blog talk show for 2
months in the entire world
so it showed us that this
question was resonating
with the world and at some
level they may be more
here than what they're
telling us so what we
decided to do and if you
want the answer you go
right to the horses mouth
right so we decided that
we would start our
investigation at Mount
Graham in Arizona and a
lot of people don't know
that the Vatican has a
significant telescope on
the top of a mountain in
Arizona. The mountain is
Mt. Graham and there is
actually 3 telescopes on
the top of that mountain
one is called VATT which
stands for Vatican
Astrological Technology
Telescope and that is
where the Jesuits who are
studying deep space were
formulating some of these
opinions so we thought hey
let's see if we can put
together a trip and we did
through the University of
Arizona because you can't
go up there unless you're
invited because it is all
locked up and guarded with
police who will arrest you
if you try to walk in so
we put the trip together
and met with the man and
that is its own story that
we don't have time for
right now which is pretty
hilarious actually and
there is no guardrails
going up this mountain and
I know that our driver was
really having fun on some
of those curves looking in
the rear view mirror at us
right but we get up there
and what we found out
talking to the Jesuit on
duty that day and what we
found out about the
Vatican's telescope and
what we found out about
the other telescopes and
the large binocular
telescope which is the
largest of its kind next
door which hosts a device.
>Let me stop you
right there. They have
three telescopes so this
is no small observatory it
is a complex with
multimillion dollar
installations that are
guarded it has a classic
optic reflecting telescope
it also has a smaller
guide scope and also a
scope that is used for
finer investigations with
limited portions of the
sky but the one I want to
get to is the binocular
telescope that we have
been talking about which
is spooky. Let's just put
it that way and you spend
a lot of time talking
about that so let's go
from there. >>Well
I want Cris to weigh in
here too but the large
binocular telescope hosts
a device that we wanted
to see called the Lucifer
telescope. It is an
acronym that only Cris
could actually tell you
what it stands for but it
is an infrared device but
let me say some stuff and
then I will tell you what
I think it is being used
for. >I wish we had three
hours here but OK Lucifer.
>>>So the Lucifer
device is an infrared
camera that is an acronym
and I think it was forced.
I think they really had to
make it what they wanted.
So they wanted it to be
Lucifer so Large Binocular
Telescope Near-infrared
Utility with Camera and
Integral Field Unit for
Extragalactic Research.
Now to get that to fit in
the acronym Lucifer you
have to do some massaging.
>Lucifer is a very
prominent Latin word which
means bearer of the light
and his name is suggestive
of perhaps something new
maybe an illumination of
some sort. >>>In
the KJV it famously shows
up in Isaiah 14 and is
readily applied to Satan
the fall of the devil so
that is where the term
Luciferian comes from and
it comes form the Latin
translation of the Bible
so it is a reference to
Satan. Who named this
thing? Did the Jesuits
really name a telescope
after Lucifer. >So you
went there with Tom and
talked to the astronomers
and they were rather open
as I understand it
and based off that
conversation what do they
believe about aliens
coming to Earth?
>>>They mentioned UFOS
almost casually and the
purpose of the binocular
telescope really is
astrobiology >That is a
fancy word but what does
it mean? >>>It is the
marriage of astronomy
which is the study of
space and biology the
study of life so it is
literally the science of
studying life and space.
>So they believe that
there alien life and that
it is coming our way.
>>> I think it is an
unenviable consequence of
their world view and they
do believe in it and one
of the main functions of
the LBT is the search for
exoplanets which is where
part of the title of the
book Exo-Vaticana comes
from but it means
something that is outside
of something external
so exo-planet denotes a
planet that is outside of
our solar system. In 1996
we discovered the first
one so up until 1996 we
didn't know if there were
any at all but today that
have cataloged over 600
hundred exo-planets and
many of these are what
they call hot Jupiters
which means they are huge
and really close to their
stars with just hellish
temperatures. Right now
they have about 11 that
they call habitable. I
think that is a misnomer
because I think it means
that it might have
potential for liquid water
it is not to close and not
to far away from its star
so the water won't
evaporate of freeze so
their worldview is
naturalistic, Darwinism
with the idea that if you
have water and a decent
temperature then life will
just poof into existence.
>Tom in a few
minutes since the clock is
rolling and what a subject
we're on today but tell me
what you get from your
contact with these people
since they don't look at
ET life as some incidental
thing but they look at
it as purposeful and
apparently they think that
whatever is coming our way
will be ushering in a new
world when the arrive and
expose themselves. รก
>>Among the Jesuit
astronomers that we talked
to and chronicled in the
book and let me say that
the DVD we are giving away
with the book contains
some theological essays
that were given to
us being written by
theologicals who are
crafting the language we
will use for adopting
a dogma that would
accommodate a large
dynamic ET reality. They
go beyond saying that it
is more likely than not. I
get the feeling they
either know something we
don't know or they think
they do and they are
anticipating an imminent
reality that would include
either disclosure of alien
life on another world or
perhaps they're on earth
now. The recently deceased
Vatican spokesperson went
on Italian TV saying not
only do they exist in
other worlds but there is
an element of them on
earth now to quietly
collect information from
around the world now keep
in mind this is a highly
placed official and he
said these things on TV
and he has never been
corrected. The Vatican
has never corrected him.
>They regard these
beings to be spiritually
superior to us. >>They
actually started out when
you remember when they
had their study week on
astrobiology back in 2009
then 90 days later the
Royal Body of Science
hosted an event called the
detection and where they
too followed up where the
Vatican spokespeople were
saying they are real and
we would baptism them as
brothers in Christ but now
Gary they're saying
something totally
different which is far
scarier then what they
started talking about
then. >Gentlemen
you have whetted our
appetites today. You all
remember Petrus Romanus
