The ingredients for "TAKOYAKI".Heat up the takoyaki-pan before starting.
Make the batter by putting the eggs and the stock in with the flour and mix.
You mix well with a whisk.
add grated mountain yam.(Secret ingredient !)
Chopped into bite-sized pieces of sausage.
Heat up the Takoyaki-pan before starting.
Heat the takoyaki pan. Using a brush, Oil the little sections.
Be sure to oil the top of the pan too.
Pour the batter to fill the bowls.
It's OK for the batter to slightly overflow the holes.
You don't need to fill all the compartments either.
As soon as the batter is poured, add 1-3 octopus pieces (depends on the size of octopus) , in each hole.
Ingredients other than the octopus, you may put a rice cake and sausage ...etc in your taste.
Then sprinkle tenkasu.
sprinkle cheese to the sausage
and sprinkle on the green onion.
sprinkle on the pickled red Ginger.
When the outsides are sort of dried out(when the bottom of the balls has hardened), cut through the connected bits, and turn them.
Then turn each piece a 180 degree.
Tips! it oils the surface.
Turn the balls over all the way. Keep flipping then round and round with the skewer.
Transfer takoyaki balls onto a plate.
put the takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise. Finish off with sprinkling Green laver(aonori) and dried bonito flakes.
Completion !!
"Itadakimasu" Let's eat.
Serve immediately.
