Welcome to the Digital Accelaration Team (DAT) in Vevey. We are here to support brands, markets
and zone initiatives, to help them to achieve and to accelerate the digital road maps. While
we are doing this, we are working around 3 core disciplines. Those are listeing, engaging,
inspiring and tranforming. Each team is staying in Vevey for 8 months. During this stay, they
experience hands on brand community managment. They are involved in strategic digital and
social projects and they run to an intense trainning programm around our 3 core disciplines.
This actually think about a high engagment team room where we have got about 15 people
here on the regular bases including 13 DAT numbers. We have real time ? screens focused
on ? to the online conversation on ? actions, on time recipe tweet, real time likes and
? on Facebook again. It's a diffrent model. Today you are looking at the data every 5 minutes.They really figure out properly engaged.
Visual is now something bigger and bigger.
It's a big part of the ? and I think everybody should have at least a short exposition to
what on digital social media is. And I think if you come from a market, it's also great
experience to have to have exposition to a lot of people different ? used. So, fight
for it, it's a great experience. I think you also have to be very open because digital
needs ? are diffeents minds and different thinkings. So you have to be very open as
much experienced as you can. I helped the ? to find a global digital strategy.
I had the opportunity to work for zone Europe on a project of digital activation. We defined
two key projects. One was a sharing platform, chatter, and the second project was the e-commerce.
Sometimes we'are eager to create a Facebook page, Twitter, spend some huge amount of dollars.
It's not always that. You need to chill a little bit, get a little bit slower, step back,
let the brand take the success. I have the pleasure working with fantastic people
?. It's an experience I'll never forget. One important project that I was able to be part
of was the communication structures and really try to ? the gap between the salers and the markets
in relation to our communication through chatter, which is going to be an addition to the Nest.
And we also developping a plan for framwork for a metrics for social media. I will defenitly miss the ? and the structure
and the poeple at the ?.? team projects like how to organize to? in digital
and social media. I have to say all the work I was involved ? a really valuaible experience.
I think I will perform and how much you? of this experience is really up to you. We'll have a lot of opportunities for learning.
So make sure you aware, make sure you're present at each moment, so you learn a lot. Because at the end of the
day, you're expected to drive results. You need a team to achieve that.
