The main protagonist is the Valpolicella Classico, this wine allows the area to be so important.
It has a noble name around the world ‘cause of its features known for a very long time.
From the tightly technical, organoleptic point of view, the product has a beautiful alive color and orange shades,
and it is really pleasant, very clean, and of an absolutely corrected thickness.
For what concern the bouquet, it’a a profusion of red fruits, small too.
We smell raspberry and strawberry, for example, in addition to the usual cherry,
there is a feeling of fresh floral, the raspberry is leading, really pleasant in this wine.
The nose is clean but not deveolped by secondary olfactory features, however really strong and canny.
The taste…provided with a body really clean, a tannin not overdone but at the same time really pleasant.
It has a good freshness, overall it is very harmonic and agreeable, provided with a great persistence.
It’s a wine really exact for the daily meals,
because the wines have to be bought in order to be drunk during the average meals too,
in fact they play a role in our usual life and not only during some special parties.
So this wine completely answers these needs.
The Valpolicella allows couplings with dishes less elaborate: first courses less substantial too;
meal of average preparation, for example the classical steak or the mixed grill,
giving a really complexity with this acidic part that degreases the palate.
It’s a wine completely proper for an employ more or less important.
