What are you cooking? Gangavalli (Purslane) & Tomato Curry
Ingredients required to make Gangavalli Tomato Curry
Purslane Leaves, Tomatoes, Onions, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Seasoning Seeds, Curry Leaves, Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Oil
Heat a pan and add 2-3 tsp of oil
Add 2 tsp of mustard & cumin seeds, white lentils and some bengal gram
Add some curry leaves
Add a pinch of turmeric
Add a cup of chopped onions
Add 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste and a cup of cleaned purslane leaves
Add a cup of chopped tomatoes
Add 1 tsp of salt & 1 tsp of red chilli powder
Cook for 5-7 mins on medium flame
Take the curry into a serving bowl
