For most women shopping is our favorite past time but when it comes to shopping for a bra,
I'd rather have a root canal. With 70% of women wearing the wrong bra, now wonder there
is so much frustration. Here to show us how to bust loose from our bust blues is style
expert Alison Deyette.
Well women don't realize that as exciting as it is to lose weight through exercise,
your breast size changes. Same goes for pregnancy, weight gain, weight loss, gravity and age
but all of those are factors in what can change the breast size and shape. The fit can also
be very wrong. They change very often, so we found two women who were having bra fit
issues. Brooke was 34B pre pregnancy but then she went through the breast feeding and this
is what she has now. She's drooping and sagging so let's see the proper fitting bra now. This
is from Bali, One Smooth U Side Support for 36 dollars. National retailers carry it, she
gets full coverage, the lift and support she needs and it is virtually smooth underneath
her clothes. It's pretty too because when you are a little more curvy you don't want
to feel like you're wearing a grandma's bra. Also you got cleavage so the husband may be
saying to put the baby to bed early. You can literally give the illusion of losing ten
pounds if you are wearing the right bra. Thanks Brooke. Now let's take a look at Kim. Kim
had a drawer full of bras that were all the wrong size. She had been doing cardio and
was really excited about losing weight and being fit but then she realized that she is
no longer a B cup. As we see, she has a swimmers body which happens and went down a size, so
I said we can get you lift and support and a little cleavage so Kim come on out! Such
a dramatic difference, this is the Barely There Balconette bra which is giving her lift
and frame, almost reminds me of the Victorian age when it lifts you up. Her before bra was
flattening her but now she has lift, a flexible frame and it is pretty.
I like this topic! No one talks about making us look good under the clothing!
Right? I always say that that is the first step, I take people shopping and I have to
see their body shape so they take their clothes off and I often say we have to first go bra
shopping to make sure that the clothes we put on top look great.
I grew up with the best designers and the first thing they did was foundation. It is
important to have that shape
underneath
the clothing
and it
is
also important in making you feel good.
