CLANCY ROSE: All right, so now we're going to begin the process of preparing the espresso
shots for the Double Americano. Take the porter filter out of the group head here. And first
thing I'm going to do is take my clean, dry towel here and wipe the inside, wipe the basket,
the porter filter. Wipe any old coffee, used coffee grounds that might be in there. You
don't want those in there when you go to brew your new shot of espresso. So what I'm going
to do next is turn on my espresso grinder and the dosing chamber's going start filling
up. I'm going to start pulling the lever to drop the coffee down in the porter filter.
