Hi, I'm Derek with thehealthytrucker.net. Today i'm gonna show you an exercise you can
do out on the road, anytime, anywhere, with minimal equipment needed. All you need is
this yoga mat, this 5 lb medicine ball you can get anywhere. So Today we're going to
show you how to do a trunk twist. What this will do is target that core area in your abs,
and if you're having any back pain, one of the best ways to combat that is by improving
your core strength. So to get started, put your legs up like this, come up off the ground
by raising your head up as much as whats comfortable for you. Just go side to side here, start
working that core area and obliques. Recommend you start off with about 20 - 25 reps here,
um with whatever weights comfortable for you, again i've got a 5 pounder. But again this
