Simple Circuits now has a “Build Your Own” feature. This is a video demo of the features and coverage of the app.
This demo focuses on the simplest DIY circuit - a simple series circuit, which is selected by tapping on the icon.
All the instructions needed to construct circuits are displayed in the colored boxes.
Auto Complete is a powerful feature that helps to minimize manual intervention, and maximize your learning.
You need to add at least one device to use Auto Complete. Here, we have added one Ferris Wheel and one switch to see how Auto Complete works.
In this circuit even though all the wires are connected, turning the switch ON is necessary for it to work.
Vary the battery voltage and observe the speed of the Ferris Wheel changing.
Add Ferris Wheels in series and observe how their speed is affected.
Increase battery voltage to increase the speed of rotation.
Add your favorite robot to the series circuit. You can add any number of components in series.
Tap on “Help” any time to see the instructions on screen
