Let’s go over how to modify the columns or fields that display on your reports.
Start by selecting the Preferences icon on your reports result page.
Once on the Preferences page, you can modify the report in the Available Reports dropdown.
Just select the field name in the Available Fields list box … like this.
And then, use the arrows to move the columns to the Selected Fields list box for the selected
report.
The Move Up and Move Down buttons … located here … can then be used to change the order
of the fields that display in the report.
When finished, click the Save button.
The Preferences feature allows you to add, remove or change the order of your report
details.
This gives you all the freedom you need to customize your report just the way you want
it.
