The Registration Examination for Dietitians, or the RD Exam, was created to qualify those
who wish to be dietitians. The exam includes four domains: Food and Nutrition Sciences;
Nutrition Care for individuals and Groups; Management of Food and Nutrition Programs
and Services; and Foodservice Systems. There will be a minimum of 125 questions, although
25 of them are unscored, pretest questions, and a maximum of 145 questions. You will be
given two and a half hours to answer as many of the questions as possible.
