Greetings! Today we're going to look at signing up to be a mentor in the
Aztec Mentor Program, also known as AMP. You only have to sign up once for AMP
and you'll be eligible as a mentor for every upcoming session.
So let's get started!
Currently we're on the Requirements and Sign Up Process section of the For Mentors page
on the AMP website.
Click here to go to the Aztec Career Connection Mentor login page.
If you already have an Aztec Career Connection account and a ProNet profile then
all you have to do is type in your email address and you will be redirected to the normal
employer login page that looks like this. if you do not have a ProNet profile
then type in your email address in order to create an Aztec Career Connection account.
Fill out the necessary information.
When you get to the Professional Network section make sure to click Yes for the Aztec Mentor Program.
If you have a LinkedIn profile then copy and paste in your LinkedIn URL
into this box. While it is not mandatory for you to have a LinkedIn profile
we recommend - we strongly recommend - you have one for this program.
When you're finished with the profile
and have all the necessary information, click Submit.
Congratulations! You're a mentor, or you will be within 24 to 48 hours after your profile is reviewed
and approved. Just make sure to keep your ProNet and LinkedIn profiles
updated as changes arise. If for whatever reason you wish to not be a mentor for
an upcoming session, simply log into your ProNet profile
and change the Aztec Mentor Program setting to "No". Good luck!
