The department of Veteran affairs has a goal to end homelessness of vets by 20 geafnlt
vets with a history of violent behavior won't be allowed in the 40 bed facility.

the 30Êmillion dollar defense grant to t won to operate the facility for five years.
San Diego city council will be the final arbiter in this controversy, a vote to deny or approve
the center is scheduled for JuneÊ26.
