Hi my name is Veronica Baragas with my wiggles and giggles dot com. I'd like to share with
you how to pack a child's lunch. Now there are many components in any child's lunch.
But it's very fun and easy. Depending on whether you have you know a brown paper bag, or a
lunch box or even you know like a travel you know container whatever it may be. Just a
few things that you'd want to use to keep everything nice and secure. I would include
maybe a little spoon of some sort, maybe a fork depending on what it is that you are
serving. A lot of the times I like to include easy to go like apple sauce so we got some
earth's best organics. So apple sauce or maybe you know carrots to go whatever it is. Easy
to go compartments are good. Also use little tupperware is definitely great to keep things
fresh. I usually like to put like grapes, cut up carrots or what not, even a few veggies
whether you have, whatever it may be on the menu try to include you know some type of
vegetable, some type of fruit. So this definitely helps keep things fresh and healthy. This
here would be good for a sandwich or whatever it may be. Whether you are serving leftover
lasagna some spaghetti, or what not. This would be a great place to keep things fresh
and secure in here so definitely you know tupperware is your a good ingredient for a
child's lunch. Also you can use a tight sippy cup, now you definitely don't have to you
know put the stuff in here already, sometimes your provider will have milk or juice or whatever
on hand for you so you could just provide a little cup that they can serve it into.
So definitely something like this, that is sturdy and plastic that's you know one of
the biggest things that kids like are little juice boxes or little milk cartons. But just
again it depends on what it is that you are serving or what your provider is actually
providing as far as drinks go. So you want to use some tupperware, maybe some utensils,
depending on what they need, a nice little you know to go apple sauces or fruits whatever
it may be. A nice little cup and definitely include a napkin so that it can help keep
themselves nice and clean throughout their lunch.
