Hi. I'm Jabari Pride and we're back with ExpertVillage.com. We just did butt kicks. The next drills we
are going to do are called high knees. It pretty much looks the same in theory. What
you want to do is once again ankle at ninety degrees. You are bringing your ankle up and
over your knee. A lot of times you might see people doing this drill the way you don't
want to do it. As you're doing it you're only bringing your knee enough to get your ankle
close to your knee. You really want make sure to get your knee up and; sorry your ankle
up and over your knee. My right ankle is going to come up and over my left knee. Alright
so, it comes up, straight line again and then out. I'm going to demonstrate this right now.
These are called high knees. So, everything is about getting the knee up high. Alright.
High knees. Those are high knees. Once again you are coming down, coming up and over and
your staying on the balls of your feet when you do this drill. As you're coming up your
landing on the balls of your feet; coming up landing on the balls of your feet. Alright.
Those are high knees.
