Enrolling employees into the MinuteHound system is quick and easy
Enroll your employees using the MinuteHound application installed on your computer
log into the system using your username and password click the add employees button.
Enter the first and last name of your employee.
Optionally click next to enter the employees username and password this
enables your employees to view there attendance online
click finish to scan the employees fingerprints.
following the onscreen instructions ask your employee to place there finger on the
MinuteHound fingerprint Scanner.
after the second dark green light appears the onscreen instructions
will prompt to lift the finger a red light indicates the need to re-scan
once again scan the same finger
to complete enrollment of finger one.
A prompt to enroll the second finger using the same simple steps will
follow thats it your employee has now been registered into the MinuteHound system
optionally click on the test button
and have the employees place there finger on the MinuteHound fingerprint scanner.
The MinuteHound system will immediately locate and identify the
enrolled employee for added convenience employees can also be added using the
web interface from any computer employees simple place there finger on the MinuteHound Scanner.
