and why not the two chocolate brownie
in a water bath melt 300 grams of dark chocolate
with 200 grams butter
it takes few minutes
Once the chocolate and the butter were melted you let it cool off the heat
add 150 grams sugar in two times
alternate with 6 eggs
after you poured half of sugar, add 3 eggs one by one
then add the remaining sugar
and the remaining 3 eggs
after mixing
you will gradually add 70 grams flour
add 80 grams of white chocolate cut into small pieces
mix well with spatula
pour the dough into a rectangular mold with parchment paper below
Use clothespins to hold the parchment paper
smooth with spatula
bake at 180°C (350F) for 20 minutes
wait 10 minutes and then place it on a cake rack
let it on the parchment paper
Do not especially unmold the brownie as long as it's hot otherwise, it breaks
when the brownie is completely cooled you can put icing sugar on
cut it in square
if you want to fully appreciate the contrast between the two chocolates
put it a little in fridge before eating
