Hi, my name is Alex Sayz and we are at the shooting of "Freakin' Out" music video.
When I heard the track it was like FREAK OUT. I wanted the video to be freaked but...
...but I still wanted a story that grows...
...from start to finish visually, with the dancing, shooting the video and editing.
I've been dancing on and off since I was five years old.
I started with Swedish folk dance.
For the last four years I've commited myself entirely to dancehall, and only danced dancehall.
I started to DJ when I moved from Karlstad to Stockholm.
The youth center near me had a DJ course.
I tried it and I was hooked. It's been my biggest passion since then.
This is the first time I'm in a music video for a house track.
It's been very different from dancehall and reggae that I'm used to.
I got this job from a dear friend, Nikeisha Andersson who's directing this video.
Whe she first asked me I was like...hmm... should I dance dancehall to house?
But when I heard about her ideas, saw the script and heard the track I knew this is going to be huge.
And everything Nikeisha does is great so there was really no doubt for me that I should do this video.
