Hi, I'm PGA member Jay Golden, and on behalf of ATAP and Expert Village, it's the short
game. And here's a shot that comes up once in awhile that you might have trouble with,
but here's an easy way to hit a tough shot. A lot of times when your ball goes slightly
over the green, it will roll against the rough, so that it's very difficult to get a club
on the ball. Should you chip, should you putt? It's really a tough decision. But if you take
a sand wedge and intentionally skull the ball with the leading edge of the club, the ball
rolls well and it makes this tough shot a lot easier. So I'm going to try to skull it.
And look at that roll. Skull it. Look at that ball roll. Skull it. Look at that ball roll.
You know what, I think I might start putting like that. Skull the ball when you're up against
the rough. More tips like these right here on Expert Village.
