hey how is it going?
i stil want to gain weight and build my muscles and i keep working on it
right now my scales shows 144 pounds, does it means that i gain weight?
maybe, or maybe i drink a lot of tea.
the reason i record this video tell you about my workout routine.
there are many different workout routines in the internet.
so many that it is hard to choose, that's why i write my own workout routine.
and here is it.
i train three times a week.
first day i train legs and calves.
next day rest.
third day back and biceps.
next day chest, triceps and delts.
then two days rest.
and we start over again: legs, rest, back, and so on.
i workout at home and do basic exercises like:
push ups
pull ups
squats
dumbbell biceps curl
tricep dumbbell kickback
side lateral raise
standing calf raise
every week i try to lift more then a week ago and i add some weight on my dumbbels
or increase number of reps.
push ups pull ups and squats i do without additional weight.
but soon i will
because train with my own weight, enough for me right now
so, this is my workout routine.
do not know is this the best way to train like that or not,
but i will know through trial and error.
