All right we've removed our chilled marinade and we're going to pour a little bit of our
sauce. Along with our fruit into our pan. To let that flavor cook up with the shrimp.
We're going to remove our sauce for our, for our cakes and we're going to go ahead and
chop our scallion.
All right now we're going to take our pancakes and then put them closer to the back of the
pan and then take our sauce and drizzle them over the top. We top that with our scallions
and then we're going to pick up some our vegetables here, some of our fruit. To make a bed for
our shrimp and we'll place our shrimp on top. Throw a little bit more of our fruit on top
and drizzle a little bit of the sauce over the top and I'll take the remainder of our
scallions and then here we have. Rice pancakes with our mango, ginger, apricot, shrimp.
