Our green peppers are blended so we're going to add onion and garlic to that. I'm trying
to cut another onion slice off. We are going to discard the outer line and we're not going
to blend the onion though we will be cooking it with a green pepper so we are going to
go and dice this very small. We are going to need about a third of a cup of onions.
Then we are going to add two cloves of garlic. We are going to cut the ends off both sides
and then we are going to discard them so they don't get mixed in with the garlic that we
do want to use. The garlic will run up the side of the knife so when we are done chopping
both pieces we are going to put them together and then go over them two more times until
there are no large chunks left.
