The happiness project. The traveling happiness project. I should really get a different job.
I should probably start working out more. I should really start eating better. I should
really change up my morning routine. The happiness project. Did you know that happiness is a
choice. And that it's up to you to choose to be happy. And shoulds really only get in
the way of happiness. There's all these shoulds that we have in life. When really we need
to change those shoulds into actions. The happiness project. The traveling happiness
project. And we need to conquer them. Because happiness is a choice. If we change all these
little things you will be happier. Did you know that happy people have less stress, They
are more successful in life and they have bigger goals than other people. They recover
from illness faster and they live longer lives. The happiness project. The traveling happiness
project. So why wouldn't we choose happiness? So here's my assignment for all of you today:
I know everybody has a lot of shoulds and a lot of buts in their life. I want you to
conquer one of those shoulds today! Whether that be eating healthier, working out more,
hanging out with different people in your life, quitting a bad habit, something like
that. There's a lot of shoulds that we have and today I want you to conquer one and make
the decision that it's no longer going to be a should and that you are going to take
action on it because you want to be a happy person. The happiness project. The traveling
