It seems a match has been confirmed
between the NZ Maori team and the Springboks.
This is the result of discussions between the Maori Rugby Union,
the NZRU and the South African rugby union.
They have come to an understanding
as they have seen another side to the Maori team.
Six months ago, the South African Rugby Union said
they would not play a racially selected team.
That's when writer and researcher Malcolm Mulholland
struck up a relationship with the unions president.
The challenge for both unions now
is to try and work out a date for the two sides to play.
It is hoped a match will be confirmed for next year.
