A chicken,
One pineapple,
One onion,
Some curry,
Grated coconut
Dairy cream (one bowl),
Grape-pip oil,
One glass of Sweet bordeaux
Fry the onion and the pineapple until golden.
Pour on the glass of wine.
and in harmony with Sweet Bordeaux.
Then set the chicken, stir and add the curry. When nearly cooked, add the cream,
then reduce and sprinkle with the coconut.
I chose this recipe because it’s easy to prepare, very good, quite affordable,
This wine is vivacious and fruity and neatly balances with the cream.
This one is a young vintage ( 2008) it’s perfect!
