I was calling to see if you're still considering the real estate choices
we discussed.
Would you like to meet to go over the market,
what's available, what's selling and the prices so you can make a better decision
and move forward?
Excellent, what would be the best time for us to get together Monday or Tuesday
at four?
Again remember
by simply following up,
as promised,
asking the questions, confirming their motivation and asking for the
appointment, you're going to win.
Of course now your job is to practice the script
over and over until you own it!
