Because I have these WiFi skills when I stand on them first thing in the morning my weight gets automatically sent to the computer which then prints out a chart. Its a device called withings body scale if you visit my website you'll find more about it.
It is a great way of having your weight tracked with no hustle. The other this is of course my fitbit which is this little device here I have not mentioned it before but I love this little device, it costs $100. And it measures my activity.
It measures walking steps and its also WiFi It tracks and pushes its out to my computer. That way I can put comprehensive log of what I am doing in terms of my calorie intake as well as calorie burnt. So those are the two devices that I am using.

fasting day where I have one meal. I must admit when I have one meal I enjoy it more because I know its my only meal in the day first of all I make sure its nutritious or I am more aware if its nutritious or not. The other thing is that I eat more slowly
I am enjoying more so food entering into my body , I am saving the food much more and I am willing to be more choosy since its my only meal I want it to be my best the most nutritious meal I can get. These are great things I think compared to a normal day.
Compared to a normal day I can eat more or less the way I like and take snacks. I like the discipline of a fasting day where I am choosing one meal and make sure its the best. OK that's it! Thank you for tuning in for another informative release of intermittent fasting
